Episode Synopsis "How to clear your auto-complete cache in Outlook (Mac users)"

If you were already using Outlook before you migrate to Exchange Online, you will need to delete your local auto-complete cache in Outlook so that any emails you create using the auto-complete address feature will get delivered correctly in Exchange Online. (Exchange Online uses a different Global Address List (GAL) to the one your old Outlook mailbox was using. If you don't clear your old mailbox's cache, Outlook will still use your old address book infromation to auto-complete the email addresses, but Exchange Online won't understand where to send those emails and they won't arrive with your intended recipient(s), and you won't get a delivery failure notice.)
