As ever, this weekly catch-up between two professional friends and colleagues is a conversation about what is happening, or what they have been doing in their respective practices on either side of the Atlantic. 
Both talk about their summer schedules and recent happenings in both of their practices. As ever, the conversation is never very far away from hypnotherapy, from both a therapist point of view, and a client point of view. 
They both continue to share their knowledge of the various things that hypnotherapy can be helpful for, as they talk about their methodology, including empowering their clients with self-hypnosis techniques. 
Denise asks Martin about the regional newspaper columns he writes in the UK, whilst she shares her summer plans and looks forward to future developments.  
Later on, they discuss some of the emotional issues which are commonly found behind eating disorders such as Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia nervosa.
