Season 5 Episode 3 – Hypnosis for IBS
Did you know that hypnotherapy is one of the most recommended treatments for people with IBS?
In this episode, Denise and Martin talk about their experiences helping people ease their symptoms. They explain some of the methodology involved and why hypnosis can be so effective.
Let’s face it, IBS is one of those subjects that people are often embarrassed to talk about. So, if your life is affected by IBS in some way, or you’re a hypnotherapist who would like to hear more about how these two professionals help their clients deal with this issue, then tune in to this episode.
In the UK, NICE recommends hypnotherapy for IBS, and the NHS is beginning to acknowledge just how helpful this complementary therapy can be in helping people improve their lives.
Denise and Martin are on opposite sides of the Atlantic. They have a weekly catch-up talking about all things hypnosis and therapeutic hypnotherapy. It’s an informal chat between two professional friends and colleagues. They won’t blind you with science, they just talk in everyday language about this much misunderstood subject.
So, if you’re wondering what two hypnotherapists would talk about with each other, join them and find out.
