Episode 3 of season 2 sees us talking all about how to cope with sudden and unexpected change.
You know the type of thing? When something unexpectedly throws a spanner in the works and all your plans go out of the window? We talk about how we cope in such situations, and how, in our professional capacities we help others to deal with such situations.
As ever, our conversation goes all over the place, this is just two friends and colleagues having their weekly catch-up on Zoom and turning it into a podcast for anyone and everyone with an interest in hypnosis and the therapeutic benefits it can bring.
From both our plans for the year ahead, to how we motivate ourselves. We talk about the significance of daydreaming and how we can lose all perception of time. We even chat a little about the differences between hypnosis and mindfulness.
Denise is a retired medical doctor turned consulting hypnotist, originally from the UK but now based in Delaware USA.
Martin is a hypnotherapist and psychotherapist based in Preston, UK. What do two hypnotherapists talk about with each other? Why not join us in this latest episode to find out.
