If you’ve ever felt stuck in a spiral of late-night scrolling, avoidance, or feeling like trying to follow routines lead to an inevitable spiral of failure and discouragement - this one is for you!I open up about my own struggles with too much time spent avoiding the present moment, especially during a rough patch, and how I realized that strict routines weren’t really what I needed to get back on track. Instead, it was the space I created by putting my devices away in the evening that made the biggest impact. That simple change brought so much more intentionality and awareness to my days, and ended up giving me all the same positive results as having a solid routine. I now experience calmer mornings, days and evenings, more presence, and a deep sense of satisfaction, awareness and intentionality.I’ll walk you through how you yourself can try out this “keystone habit” of giving your devices a bedtime, to get all these benefits.
