Episode Synopsis
We speak with an ASU professor who, like Dr. Bryan Brayboy, was integral in the creation of Turning Points Magazine: Dr. Amanda Tachine (Diné). In this episode, Dr. Tachine shares her journey as a postdoctoral scholar at Arizona State University’s Center for Indian Education where she was able to nourish her research in supporting Native college students in higher education, and ultimately her role in the formation of a magazine by, for Native students.
