A kwaito legend, a maestro of a genre that shaped South African music to where it is in the late 90's and early 2000s. Born Sandile Ngwenya known to many as 'Mapaputsi' took his last breath on Thursday 5 September 2024.
According to a statement from his family, Mapaputsi met his untimely death after a short illness.
