The concepts of self expression and acceptance are those that a lot of us strive to grow in, but getting there is definitely not a smooth road. I wanted to talk about this with someone I’ve known for about half of my life, someone who’s always been a source of acceptance and courage in my life and many others, so meet my best friend Sam. Together we take a trip down memory lane and chat about the process of learning to express and accept yourself.
