Being content has been hard for me. Recently, though, God has opened my eyes and has been working on my heart to help me learn to be more content. I'm still on the journey doing my best to learn, and maybe you would like to learn and grow in contentment.As Christians, contentment is so important! I cannot stress this enough. When we are content we are able to enjoy peace, joy, and a thankful spirit much more. I just got back from about 3 weeks worth of being out of the United States. God blessed me with the opportunity to go to the Philippines and to Mexico. In both of those places God helped open my eyes and taught me some things about contentment. That's a huge reason why I brought this specific message today.
