This episode is where Biblical encouragement towards TRUE healing begins. The world advertises "healing" or "the look as though" in materialism -money, cars, clothes, etc. just as much as  it promotes "worth" on behalf of "labels" in net worth, titles, positions, and in relationships. However, The Word of God reveals the truth of honest healing taking place from the inside out in order to fulfill finding that our ultimate worth is in Jesus Christ alone. The way to obtain understanding and confidence in this truth is according to daily submission in God's Word- filled with love, guidance, correction and instructions in order to be made new from the inside out allowing total transformation to occur in our hearts.Matthew 6:19-21 NIV says,"Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.Mark 8:36 NIV says,"What good is it for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul"?1 Samuel 16:7 NIV says,"But the Lord said to Samuel, "Do not consider His appearance or his height, for I have rejected him. The Lord does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart."
