Listen "Talking Arbitration With the Peppers Who Wrote the Book"

Episode Synopsis

Pepper Hamilton partner Matthew H. Adler chairs the firm's International and Domestic Arbitration Practice Group and is co-chairman of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group. He is also a lecturer at the University of Virginia School of Law. Matt recently authored a new text book on arbitration with the help of some Pepper associates, including Katherine B. Puccio and Ryan E. Peters. We sat down with all three Peppers to discuss the new book and its impact on law students and Pepper clients.
Topics covered include a background on the project (0:35); discussion of the three-part chronology of the book (2:31); international arbitration (7:30); social impact of arbitration (15:24); and why arbitration is an important tool (22:30).
The book is available for purchase from Carolina Academic Press. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.
