Former Pittsburgh Steelers Head Coach and current CBS NFL Analyst Bill Cowher joins the show. He breaks down what it's like to grow up a Steelers fan, what it meant to him to become the youngest head coach in the NFL for his hometown team, why Art Rooney and the Steelers have been so successful with long-tenured successful coaches. Cowher also shares why Jerome Bettis was a perfect fit in Pittsburgh, his infamous interaction with Gordon McCarter and the polaroids Cowher wanted him to see. Bill also reflects on his transition to broadcasting and his work with CBS Sports.
