Diane is a proven c-suite executive with extensive senior management experience in strategic partnerships, P&L, change management, transformation, acquisitions, and market entry engaging transformational technology and innovation. Distinguished for her consensus building, she is instrumental in working with the public/ private sector and thought leaders in the Americas Region to formulate strategic alliances and collaborative business strategies. Diane has been recognized for her leadership indirectly contributing to successful market entry and rapid market growth for strategic corporate subsidiaries as well as the value creation of growth-stage and mid-cap companies. She has directed business in over twenty countries in the Americas with pan-regional experience in business development, sales, operations, and P&L spanning a full range of public, private and not-for-profit companies. She has also played several key leadership roles in transforming Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) infrastructure in the Americas Region and has held senior leadership positions in some of the world's leading global technology companies to include: President and CEO, Telefonica USA; President and CEO, Global Crossing Latin America; President, Terremark; President, Global Operations, Mozido; SVP Sales and Operations - Caribbean and Latin America, Alcatel Lucent and RVP Sales – Pacific & Central Mexico, AT&T Alestra. A three-time CEO with global telecommunications companies recognized in the industry for her leadership role in transforming the Information, Communications & Telecommunications (ICT) sector in the Americas Region. Managed over $1B in capital deployment, P&L, and achieved deep market penetration and eightfold revenue growth from $50M to $400M.  Directed business in over twenty (20) countries in the Americas Region building regional teams and establishing centers of excellence that generated significant value creation. Launched the operations of six Fortune 1000 corporate subsidiaries in a span of twenty years and led six bi-cultural/bi-lingual top-performing executive teams who managed over 200 multi-national corporate accounts and generated hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue. Achieved first-mover advantage in Canada, Jamaica and Mexico with two consumer-based early-stage companies. First to market in the deployment of a state of the art mobile payment platform in Mexico and Jamaica serving over 5000 consumers and fiber to the home/rural telephony in Canada serving over 10 municipalities and 6000 residential customers with capital investments over $400M. #MicroSA #SmallBusinessSanAntonio
