The first need of followers is Trust. (See Episode 15).  Tim and Sara look at a common scenario in local church leadership and ask the question, how do we show that we care? And, why does it matter? Turns out, people to say they have someone who cares about them are more engaged and productive. In the life of a local congregation, that productivity may best be described as effectiveness. Said plainly, how are disciples making disciples.  We explore the Four Spaces of Belonging and look at each space as it relates to compassion and care in the local congregation. The episode ends by asking you to consider why compassion matters.
