Motivation, commitment and focus. Hello, I'm Dan Clark and welcome. Yes, as a matter of fact, all three of these are actually muscles just like any muscle, they must be exercised. However, if you're pushing yourself too hard and just like working out too hard, you're going to run out of gas quickly and it's not going to work very well for you. So motivation, commitment and focus must be done in moderation. In other words, you kind of have to like you're working out at the gym, focus on what you're really doing, and not do things too fast and too hard. And other words, build slowly, steadily and take time to do things thoroughly. If not, you'll actually end up crashing. However, if you do slow down, you'll save yourself a lot of pain, and you'll actually notice how things start changing immediately. I love you. I'm Dan Clark.
