After graduating from dental school; Dr. Kumar goes into a GPR (general practice residency) and finds her first job working in a Medicaid office owned by a dentist who only cares about how many kids she sees and nothing about the quality of care. She leaves that office just to find herself in a corporate setting that now believes she should sell dentistry and if she isn't productive, it's her fault.
