Michael Tidser is the player-manager of SPFL League One’s Kelty Hearts. From exciting beginnings at Celtic, to trips away from home to Yorkshire in Sweden, he’s played at numerous levels and in multiple leagues.

After a shakeup from top to bottom at the Fife club, Michael found himself at the helm of operations in the dugout while retaining his spot in the centre of midfield. Over a year on from the announcement, they’re not doing too badly at all. Michael’s openness and honesty makes for a compelling listening, as we hear straight from a young manager in the early stages of his sideline career.
