What are some ways to cope with change and deal with difficult times?
This is something we ALL have dealt with whether we planned for it or not.
Many times, things simply do not work out exactly how we wanted them to and we are forced to PIVOTTTTT and adapt. Initially, this is truly terrifying, but ULTIMATELY these are the moments we will grow through what we go through.
PIVOTS are what lead us to level up from the inside --> out. And they prepare us by making us learn a variety of tools and resources that we will now be able to apply any time in the future!!
YOU are capable of the greatest things, but realizing that great things TAKE TIME. EMBRACE the changes, the pivots, and the process. IT WILL ALL BE WORTH IT!
