Welcome to another episode of Tinsley Park Talks with host Najeeb Baqui, and guest Simin Sun, an attorney, a great friend and a family man. Simin is a corporate partner at Haynes and Boone, LLP.  He assists clients in connection with complex mergers and acquisitions (both on the buyer and seller side), especially those that contain a technology or international component, and corporate securities matters, especially those that involve capital raises through public or private equity or debt. He also advises on general corporate matters and strategic planning. Simin grew up in China but came to the United States early in his life. He studied finance for his undergraduate at the University of Texas at Austin and got his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in Houston with his wife Elizabeth and their two children.
