Pursuing our purpose sounds admirable and worthwhile, but what if it’s so new or uncertain that we don’t feel confident?I’ve been in the middle of a pivot myself in the last few months in my business and that sometimes comes with a lack of confidence. What I’ve discovered after many necessary pivots, both personally and professionally, is if we lead with our purpose, confidence will follow.
