Listen "S3E16 - Good Soil Manoa Community Church - November '24"
Episode Synopsis
Good Soil Manoa Community Church - November '24
In this episode, Scott is joined by Jarrett Moses, DJ Ant G, Esteban Nieves and first time guest Priscilla Nieves. The squad talks about their “Good Soil” event hosted on Saturday November 2nd at Manoa Community Church in Havertown.
The first third of the episode focuses on the team’s history with this name “Good Soil” and what ultimately led them to brand the November 2nd artist concert and worship night as a “Good Soil” after a 2.5 year hiatus from using the name. The first third also includes a lot of the context for how Manoa connected to Ripe in the first place.
The middle third of the episode shifts to the night of the event while focusing mostly on each of the artist’s sets and Ripe Worship closing out the experience. Throughout this section each of the artists have their sets talked about at length.
The final third of the episode lands on our team talking about Manoa’s response to event and the outcomes each of us felt after it was over. We also spent quite a bit of time talking about the future of Ripe Creatives and ways we hope “Good Soil” could be a part of it.
