Northeast Mississippi Community College president Dr. Ricky G. Ford sits down with Marketing and Public Relations Specialist Liz Roark to talk about the upcoming academic year at one of the nation's top community colleges. Ford and Roark discuss the start of the Fall 2022 semester and the college's COVID protocols to help reduce the risk of the spread of the COVID virus. In addition to talking about the COVID protocols, Ford talks about the Back-To-School Luau on Monday, August 15, where some 400 students got the chance to mingle with their friends at the Gaye Roden Carr Aquatic Center, and Ford re-emphasizes the need for more events on campus to help the college to return to normal. In the second part of the Interview, Ford talks about what he is looking forward to the most this semester. In the final segment, Ford gives a run down of events and happenings around the college's Booneville campus and all the satellite locations.
