This week, Coach Frontier's guest on the show is UW-OshKosh Throws Coach - Mary Theisen-Lappen.
Mary has had a unique Throws Journey, winning a NCAA D2 National Championship in Discus at Winona State University, transferring to Indiana State University and becoming a D1 All-American in the Shot Put, Coaching at the D1 University of Wisconsin as an assistant and now heading up her own throws group at D3 UW Oshkosh. She has seen all levels of college throwing through both the athlete and coaching lens. She is also one of the strongest competitive weight lifters in the world!
