In part one of this series “Anxious for Nothing, Except..” Pastor Josiah speaks on prayer, being an integral part of dealing with worry and anxiety. He explains that prayer is a dialogue not a monologue. Prayer is walking with Him, as He speaks to you, following Him. Slow cookers are Sunday but prayer is how you talk and with Jesus.
