Episode Synopsis

What's it like to struggle with acute psychotic episode, get well and only to later be diagnosed with hypomania a year later ? is she a failure?
Come listen as  Sara shares with us her  horrible and painful experience: the devastation she faced , the coping strategies she applied to get through her arduous journey and her realisations of how it has shaped her to be the  person she is today.
In our conversation, what shines through is the unconditional love of Sara's parents, her desire to get well and her maturity to see that this struggle has a role to play in the bigger picture of her life: " I wouldn’t ask to take it back cos the places where we have wounds and struggle are the places where we can help others."
