Oftentimes, we tend to carry baggage from situation to situation instead of getting rid of it, even though we know that it is weighing us down. We must shed that baggage and weight by acknowledging and confronting these emotions and experiences, so that we can move forward in creating the amazing life that we have been dreaming of.
