Listen "Morning Writing"
Episode Synopsis
As we're completing 300 posts on our blog and a half-year since the release of our podcast channel, we take this opportunity to reconnect back with the intent of THIRTEEN. THIRTEEN is about being and creating, and one way to experience the same for us is the morning ritual of writing as a way to empty ourselves. That empty space provides not only a great start for the day but also gives clarity to our actions. Our actions tend to become responsive to the situation rather than reactive. And, it makes us sensitive and sharp in observing situations from a distance and ourselves - from within.
Through this podcast, we invite you to join the journey of morning journaling as a way to reconnect and rekindle with ourselves.
