It is currently the largest gluten-free brewery. 🍻 😋  As a two-time cancer survivor, she had to give up many foods but she wasn’t ready to give up beer. 😋 Since nothing in the market hit her tastebuds😋  she opened her brewery 🍺 in February 2016.  She was the 5th gluten-free brewery to open its doors.
