He is located right here in Lake Mary, FL. Gustavo moved to Orlando from Columbia only 8 years ago. He studied business before coming to the US and began his new life here working in a restaurant kitchen. He loved the business so much his mentors moved him quickly around the restaurant learning all aspects of the business.He now owns one of the highest rated restaurants in the Orlando area. He and his wife opened this restaurant just over 1 year ago and have an amazing 4.9 stars on Google with 655 reviews.To separate Cucina Maya from other traditional Mexican restaurants Gustavo wanted more traditional Mexican dishes from the Yucatan area and has a passion for Mezcal.
