We get into AI, and deep dive into being a student of WSET exams as well as how to become an Approved Program Provider to teach the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. (WSET) level classes🍷 We also discuss the loads of materials he has created for his students of ThirtyFifty available online. He has fine-tuned this process so much that they know how many hours you need to study 📖 in order to pass or they pay for the next exam!📝 We swing into low and no and I discovered the UK and EU do not classify a non-alc wine as a wine at all. It’s named by the varietal. This allows more freedom to use various ingredients to replace “the hole” left when the alcohol is removed.
