As we wade through the many places where we can be generous and have profound effects on the people around us, may we be lead by the Spirit and walk in obedience to his calls. May we be wise and discerning, seeking to build up the people around us rather than solve an inconvenient problem. May we be creative and insightful, understanding the implications of generosity and seeking the best way to help those around us, even when it isn't obvious. And may we always look to the example of Christ, who gave himself up for us, because it was the only way.
