If they didn't come could go to the same office every day, hang out with the same people every day, think of the innovative things that they would see when they would be they could clash all these you know serendipitous encounters I mean better than just working from home working from anywhere go-to cold coffee shop immerse yourself in other locations expose yourself to new things and come up with innovative new ideas.
