I love that when we're developing a relationship with the Lord, we start to learn all the ways that He speaks to us! He is so good to even show us the things he wants us to get rid of! In this episode I get to share with you how God revealed to me that being a worry wart serves no good and that I need to eliminate that and fully trust in Him!  
When we lay something at the Lord's feet we have to remember that we don't have to worry about those things anymore. I had to learn the hard way but it's okay because it allowed me to share this experience with you all to hopefully save you the tummy aches and heart aches that worry has often caused me! We open up my journals and share some vulnerable writings, I hope it encourages you to reassure you that you're not alone in what you face sometimes. What I love about journaling is it helps us connect all the pieces of this journey that we are on and when you reflect sometimes you find hidden treasures. I encourage you to grab a notebook and start writing your thoughts if you don't do that already!
