Listen "Ep. 39: 5 Ways to Help You Stop Feeling Unworthy of The Good Things In Your Life!"
Episode Synopsis
Hey friends, thanks for coming back to Think With Me. Recorded this on Tuesday after my quiet time with the Lord when I was reading through the Word of God and The Lord kept highlighting to me about those feelings of unworthiness and where it sometimes comes from. In my personal journey of experiencing times of self-sabotage and just overall doubting, especially with success at times when things were going great, maybe I was wanting to run away from things that are "good" and I had to identify patterns and ask when this was showing up for me. Can you relate? Maybe you have struggled with reaching a level of success in business but then after recognition you felt like an imposter or realized that receiving recognition was not deserved because it wasn't just YOU in it, it took a whole team to get there OR like it was God that carried you through it, right? Maybe in your relationships and friendships you struggle with guilt and shame and/or traumas so you fear it when it is genuine?
I learned I had to accept and dive deeper to understand God's LOVE to really appreciate what I do have and trade those feelings of unworthiness for gratitude and keep working at it daily! Tune in and think with me to hear about 5 ways you could start to feel worthy of the good things in your life.
My email if you want to chat deeper about anything you hear from my episodes is: [email protected]. I look forward to hearing from you friend!
Scriptures mentioned from my morning bible study were Genesis 32:10, Luke 17:10; 1 Corinthians 11:27-28, John 3:16. Even though I mention these scriptures from the concordance, the stories will bless you so please read for full context to see the revelation you may receive in them. You have to read these chapters fully to get a full understanding. Amen
Also stick around for the exit message to get in touch with a dear sister of mine who helped coach me during the beginning stages of my healing journey. She helped me with learning the fruits of the spirit and how to apply these into my daily life routines. You can find her at www.wellvalley.org and if you're interested in her upcoming event text the word : "BREAKTHROUGH" to her at 505-226-4414 or click here to register: www.wellvalley.org/breakthrough
