When we first met Graham we knew that he was going to be an excellent guest and to no surprise, he delivered. Graham reflects back on his own career as a youth and how today's academy set up compares to that of his era. We go on to discuss how this shaped his career in professional football, where he achieved success at both Raith Rovers and Milwall. We discuss what 'making it' in football means for our guest as he debunks myths around 'the journeyman' label, a section we feel young players will find particularly interesting. We have an interesting conversation around the pressures that the 'pre - academy' in Scotland raises for both player and parent.
