Send us a textJoe Anderson is a freshman distance runner at Dordt University.  He was a former state champion for George Little Rock High School in Iowa.  Joe is (in)famous for being one of two state champions named in the 2019 state 3200 when the bell was sounded on the wrong lap.  Joe finished the correct distance in 1st but was initially awarded 2nd place when they determined finishing order after 7 laps instead of 8.  Upon review several days later, Joe was awarded a share of the title. Joe handled the situation incredibly graciously and this episode gives him a chance to share about the many other aspects that make up his life.
