This week our guest is Michael Vicens, the owner of Seakindly Foil School, which claims to be the first efoil-only school in the world. Rightfully so, as Michael was there at the inception, working with Lift Foils for their new innovative Efoils Try It and Buy It program.
Michael's background is as fascinating as his current ventures. He used to be a commercial pilot and an air traffic controller, which has given him a systematic approach to all our adventures and his lesson programs. Unfortunately, an injury pivots his life, but during his recovery, Lift Foils reached out to him to help build the Efoil. This opportunity was a turning point – foiling essentially saved his life, providing a new passion and purpose and fueling a whole new industry.
