Listen "366. New Rules for Working"
Episode Synopsis
In the 17th century people would regularly work more than 40 hours a week; at one point it was upwards of 60. But that doesn't mean we need to keep plodding ahead with the old 9 to 5 routine. Many of us are still making the adjustment to working from home and some people report actually working more. However, it might be time for a change. Perhaps the focus should be on productivity rather than time. If you can get your job done in 4 hours, why be on the clock for for 8? If we cut down on the BS we actually get something done!
