When life is going our way, it’s easy to say, “God is good!” But what about when life is hard? When pain and struggle, sorrow and loss fill our days? Is God still good? In this episode, we learn that Joseph believed a couple of basic truths about God. First of all that God is always God. To his way of thinking, there’s never a time… there’s never a place…when God is not fully in control, totally sovereign over all that happens.In Genesis 41, Joseph tells Pharoah that there would be 7 years of plenty followed by 7 years of famine…and that God would be in both. When life is good, God is God. And when life is hard, God is still God. Joseph also believed that God is always good.  We may not understand why God allows the things He does, but His forecast for you and me is simple.  There will be good days and there will be bad days.  But God is in all days.  God is God.  And God is good…all the time.   Text: Genesis 41Originally recorded March 25, 2012, at Fellowship Missionary Church, Fort Wayne, IN.
