As a child, decorating our room could bring a sense of joy, peace, and independence. Whether it was Spider-Man, My Little Pony, or anything in-between, it was something we could say represented us. Now, think about your workplace. Although we may not be inclined to pull-out the ‘ol Barney curtains, we should be able to showcase our level of enjoyment and achievement in what we do and how we show up every day. It should be covering our spaces and our faces.
