DECCAN AMALGAM   
Deccan Amalgam is a Hyderabad based, architecture studio that was founded in 2016 by Sneha Parthasarathy and Zoha Razvi.   The studio’s design and research initiatives are aimed towards improving the team’s interaction with the city , its topography, landscape, history, infrastructure, politics and people. Deccan Amalgam, as a studio, believes that every space in the city, no matter its scale, affects the city and the way we inhabit it.   They are interested in understanding the relationship between any given space or situation and its larger, natural and human made context. This penchant, for deciphering the complex web of inter dependencies that influence the built environment and not just the end product, is the focus of our process. Through their projects they are constantly trying to understand the ever changing world and how as a design studio we can make an informed intervention.  
SNEHA PARTHASARATHY
 is Principal Architect and Co-Founder of deccan amalgam. She has a Masters degree in Advanced Studies in Architecture from ETSAB, UPC, Barcelona. Prior to founding the studio in 2016 and after completing her undergraduate studies in Architecture, she spent about 10 years working and studying in cities around the globe. She has worked with studios at the forefront of critical design thinking and of varied specialisations which has provided her the experience of designing projects of different scales and materiality. She is passionate about documenting her travel and work experiences and maintains a blog of her architectural musings called ‘Architecture and the City’

ZOHA RAZVI
 is Principal Architect and Co-Founder of deccan amalgam. He has a Masters degree in Architectural Management and Design from Instituto de Empresa (IE), Madrid. Post his undergraduate studies in Architecture, he has been working on architecture and planning projects in Doha since 2006. Having spent most of his childhood and working years in the middle east he has witnessed the dramatic growth and urbanisation of new cities, ground up. This has made him acutely aware of the importance of architecture in the building of humane cities. His other big interest is the ergonomics and mechanical workings of automobiles and spends his leisure time designing them. He is also a trained bike racer.

Hi ! My name is Vivek Eadara and i am a student of Architecture. My love for Art, Travel and Photography made me realise my undying passion for Architecture. I have always loved having conversation with people who are just as passionate about architecture and travel as I am, and this podcast is just that.   The idea of starting an Architecture Podcast series is an initiative to interact and create a dialogue with well-known industry professionals, emerging young Architects and aspiring architecture students to converse about one’s personal and professional experiences that may find way in helping others, areas of concern within the fraternity, some fun trivial chats and many more.
