In this episode, fellow health and life coach, Laura Bolton shares how she reversed eczema, IBS, depression, and later, fibromyalgia. She shares how she stumbled upon functional medicine during the first part of her healing journey, and later the importance of addressing the mind-body connection, and releasing stress and trauma from her body.
