Mrinal published her first book, Saaya Unveiled, a beautifully written account of 11 true stories of second-generation Indian, Pakistani, and Bangladeshi immigrants and how they navigate mental health in the West.Mrinal has an incredible perspective on the topic of mental health in South Asian communities, and we are excited to have this important conversation on our podcast with her. We talk to her about her book and the process of writing it, as well as delve deeper into her story of growing up in Milwaukee and deciding to be a journalist and author!
