This is the audio part of a video podcast. Interesting though our jobs may be, important too, they may not be the  be-all and end-all of our existence. Success is what we all yearn for,  work for and are willing to sacrifice a lot of things to reach our  desired destination, but often we may realise the fun of the journey,  slowing down, pacing oneself might be much more useful in the long haul.  It may require us to move our eyes off the goal for some time.
