Last week my daughter did her first gymnastics competition.
She asked us if she could do it, she had a great time and applied herself really well!
This was also her first real exposure to any level of competition where they handed out medals for first, second and third place.
She didnt get the result she wanted, which lead to a converstaion around winning and losing.
In this weeks epsiode I unpack that conversstion as I thought it was very interesting.
