I had a question come through from a Dad asking me how can they get back on track with their training. 
It got me thinking about some of the people I am lucky enough to coach, having been in this for a deacade Im lucky enough that I have a lot of people that I have seen stay on track long term, most of who have kids/jobs/businesses and very little time. 
Have a listen as I go through 3 main traits/things I observed in those people who have been able to prioritise time for their health over the long term.
