In this episode, we cover the first part of Yao Jian Liang’s story, where he talks about his journey migrating from the farmlands of China to the bustle of late 1940s Singapore, as well as his involvements in the early days of the Chinese Middle School Student Unions.

While we are not able to provide direct translations at this point in time, we will be providing a brief summary in English in the epilogue episode.
