Lust, often considered to be the least serious of the seven deadly sins is also the most readily committed. It serves as fertile soil in which more substantial sin can be cultivated. Lust speaks of an in-built need for more, " a disordered love" lacking direction or perspective that connects us with our primal nature. The shadow that possesses and controls, also hides.
