The Brandon School Division says it’ll be keeping students inside during the eclipse. I was in Kindergarten. We all wore bellbottom pants, and cable TV had not arrived yet. It was 1979 and Manitoba had a FULL Solar Eclipse. During solar eclipse, some Indigenous groups believe it’s not just your eyes that need protecting.
