Not only what is said but how it's said can engender either resistance or cooperation in discussions.  In this episode we look at some communication skills that we have found to be valuable in a group reaching consensus decisions .  These same communication skills can be useful in any one to one or group interaction to maximize the ability of others to hear and understand what is being said leading to greater harmony.  In this Part 1 we look at skills for the speaker and in Part 2 we will look at skills for the listener.   Watch Rev.
